Suha Al Khalifa

MA, MBACP

Psychotherapist

I have eleven years’ experience working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in both the Middle East and UK.

I practice in both the Arabic and English languages. As a therapist, mediator and certified life coach my aim is to work with, and support my clients during challenging and difficult periods of their lives.

My practice centres around creating a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where the client can explore his or her thought process and behaviour.

How I work

I am an integrative psychotherapist with experience in working with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. I draw on my practice of person-centred, existential, psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and apply a tailored approach depending on the unique dynamic with each client

As well as face-to-face sessions I provide Skype Therapy and/or telephone sessions tailored to accommodate the needs of busy professionals or people from different time zones.
