About Mark Boyden

Psychotherapist | Executive Coach | Clinical Director
Mark Boyden is a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and executive coach with over two decades of clinical experience. His core psychotherapy training took place at Guy’s Hospital, where he completed a five-year clinical internship in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). He subsequently completed an Advanced Diploma and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy at Regent’s University, London, alongside accredited couples therapy training endorsed by COSRT.
In parallel with his clinical career, he spent over fifteen years at senior board level in management consultancy, venture capital and international development. This background enables him to work effectively with executives, entrepreneurs and family office principals who require psychological depth alongside discretion and strategic understanding. He works with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationship and intimacy difficulties, sexual concerns, bipolar presentations and personality-based difficulties. His particular interest lies in attachment-based and identity-related challenges, especially where early parental relationships were distant, inconsistent or fractured.
Therapy is conducted in a contained, boundaried and confidential setting, focused on long-term stability and emotional integration. He consults from rooms in Lower Sloane Street and just off Harley Street, and works internationally where appropriate.
We are accredited by and members of multiple recognised psychotherapy bodies.
