I am an Integrative Psychotherapist accredited with the UKCP. Within my practice I bring together different elements of specific approaches depending on the client and their needs.

I work with adults providing Counselling and Psychotherapy for a wide range of problems. I offer a confidential one-to-one service for individuals who need support. I have experience working within the charity sector, schools and private practice

I offer both long and short-term therapy.

Depending on circumstances we can work either face to face or online, over short or longer time frames.
