ABOUT ME
I am motivated by working with Global leaders of varied organisations and backgrounds. My focus is to inspire individuals to reach beyond their ingrained safety zones, helping them to achieve their unrealised potential.
My experience is underpinned by a diverse career working with board level executives, senior governmental ministers, family offices of high net worth families and individuals. Complemented with over 17 years’ in the health professions and 7 years in senior executive positions of leading international organisations including as a senior executive for multi-national foundation The Aga Khan Development Network in its health and education services. Combined experiences of working in the business environment as a senior executive, earlier career pathways as a venture capitalist, senior management consultant, an entrepreneur and successful business owner, to my training in Executive Coaching at Columbia University New York and career as a Psychotherapist, have enabled me to gain valuable insights into the everyday challenges of leadership and business responsibility across diverse industry sectors.
