I am an NLP Therapist, Life Coach and Licensed Sports Performance Coach with a working knowledge of Sport Psychology including successful leadership of a tennis academy working with children, adolescents and young adults, complimenting more than 15 years helping teenagers and young adults to develop key skills and abilities. My work with children and young people on the Autistic Spectrum includes my role as a Care Professional in a specialist residential school, helping equip young people with the necessary tools to navigate everyday life. I help my adolescent clients work through and overcome a wide range of issues enabling them to maximise success in their personal, sporting, academic and professional lives.

Originally from Zambia I played for my country as a Junior and Senior. As a member of the National Team I represented my country in the International Tennis Federation Junior Circuits which involved touring several countries. After relocating to the UK I played for a number of local clubs on their ‘A’ teams for league matches, winning each season I played. My last tournament played – Weymouth and Dorchester Town Tennis Tournament I played twice and won the Ladies Singles title both times. I was the first female black tennis coach in the UK. I have coached and mentored junior players to number one in the county and region as well as coaching players to successful sports scholarships. Alongside this I have held a number of senior leadership positions mentoring, developing and training other coaches culminating in the publication of my book ‘Are You a High Performing Coach’.

I work collaboratively using purpose-based questions and offer reflective feedback. My experience includes developing and implementing a wide variety of strategies, techniques, and skills as a Personal Coach that are adaptive to client’s needs and experiences. With specialised training in Neuro-Linguistic Programing, Psychology, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy, I am able to identify thinking patterns, triggers and behaviours that could be detrimental to health and well-being. My additional knowledge and training of Child Development, Social Sciences and hands on experience of working with children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Complex and or Challenging Behavioural Issues and associated conditions like ADHD and OCD have helped me work successfully with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

As well as face-to-face sessions I provide Skype Therapy, Skype Coaching and/or telephone sessions tailored to accommodate the needs of busy professionals or people from different time zones.
